Forrest Whorten (1946 - 1992) Forrest Henry Worten, Jr. was born in Kansas City, Kansas on December 31, 1946. He died in San Diego, CA, on December 18, 1992. From the San Diego Affirmation newsletter, January 1993, p. 2: On December 18, 1992, another member of our chapter passed on due to AIDS complications. Forrest Whorten had been a strong supporter of Affirmation, though he was often unable to attend most of our chapter activities. Quiet but friendly, Forrest will be missed by all of us.
