From "In Memoriam," Affinity, September 1985, p. 3: Affirmation sadly acknowledges the passing of Joe Hatfield of the Dallas Chapter on July 6, 1985. Joe was one of the original charter members of that chapter and served as the chapter secretary/treasurer. He frequently represented Dallas at meetings of the General Council, contributing to the planning of conferences and other meetings. We extend our sympathy to Joe's family and friends.
