Gay Mormons to Participate in Interfaith Service
June 6 at Salt Lake City's First Methodist Church
June 2009
With representation form many different religious traditions, an interfaith service will be held in Salt Lake City on June 6 as part of pride weekend. With the theme, Faith, Voice, Action, the service will start at 2 pm at the First Methodist Church (203 South 200 East Salt Lake City, UT 84111).
The service will feature a bagpipe band, music by the Utah Integrity Choir, chant by the Big Mind Western Zen Center, and a poem and litany of remembrance. For more information, visit www.UtahPrideInterfaith.org.
